I. Overview of solar panels

Solar panel is mainly composed of three parts: solar panel, controller and inverter. Solar cell sheet is the core part of solar panel. Solar panel is mainly composed of solar cell sheet, EVA, glass, backsheet and other parts.

II.the solar panel manufacturing process


The first step in the manufacturing of solar panels is to prepare raw materials, including solar cells, EVA, glass, backsheets, etc. The quality and performance of these raw materials have a direct impact on the quality and performance of solar panels. The fabrication of solar panel module is mainly including the following steps:


(1) Sort the solar cell wafers and put the ones with different color difference into categories.

(2) Cut the solar cells into pieces.

(3) Series-parallel connection of solar cells: put the solar cells into the series welding machine in accordance with a certain series-parallel connection to be connected in order to obtain the required voltage and current.

(4) Laying EVA: EVA is laid on and under the solar cell sheet to play the role of bonding, sealing and insulation.

(5) Glass encapsulation: The solar cell sheet with EVA is placed on top of the glass and then encapsulated to protect the solar cell sheet and improve its reliability.

(6) Backsheet encapsulation: The encapsulated solar cell sheet is placed on the inside of the backsheet and then encapsulated again to prevent moisture and gas from entering the solar cell module.
